Terms & Conditions
1. All draw entrants must accept these Terms and Conditions.
2. This prize draw is open to participants in Great Britain including, primary schools, secondary schools, colleges and universities. Employees of the Promoter "STEM@Home Ltd", their families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with the draw are exempt from entering.
3. To be eligible to take part in the draw, all requested information in the Entry Form must be completed, and the form received by the Promoter before 17:00 on May 23rd 2024.
4. Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries or entries sent through agencies and third parties will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of despatch will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
5. Entry is restricted to one per person. Once submitted, entries cannot be amended in any way.
6. The winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries at 2pm on 4th June 2024 by the Promoter and the winner will be notified as soon as is practically possible and before 5pm on the draw date. Should the Promoter be unable to contact the winner, or should the winner be unable to accept the prize, no cash or other alternative will be available and the Promoter reserves the right to undertake a re-draw and award the prize to an alternative entrant. .
7. One winning entrant will recieve a £20 Amazon voucher code via email. The Promoter does not accept any liability for costs resulting from the Amazon voucher.
8. The prize includes delivery in the form of an email.
9. The prize does not include anything else.
10. The prize is subject to availability, is non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
11. Events may occur that render the prize draw itself, or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and accordingly the Promoter may, at its absolute discretion, vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.
